Standard and Poor Report Neutral Close to the Bottom Housing Market in 2009

This is an interesting article on msn.com about predictions for the housing market situation in 2009. It indicates projections that would mean we’ll be “bumping along the bottom” in the next 6 – 9 months (consistent, I must say, with my earlier thoughts) with better news in 2010.
